4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in EUR or your selected currency.
As we are not VAT-registered, VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
Note: All prices shown are final.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal.
Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Shipping
We ship to all countries within Europe.
Processing time: 2–3 business days
Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on destination

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To request a return, please contact us at info@alleywearclothing.com with your order number.

Returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Varaždin.
